WHO ARE YOU WHEN PERFORMANCE IS REMOVED FROM THE EQUATION?
Our roles, accomplishments, and performances can become meaningful parts of our identity, but they don’t have to define our worth. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO COMPETE?
Competition is the consistent pursuit of our best against an opponent, adversity, or ourselves. It asks us to stay present, embrace the challenge in front of us, and measure success by how well we compete rather than simply by the outcome.
